25-35 is, in my opinion, the most pivotal and trying time in a person’s life. You either have to deal with the pain, stress, and anxiety of having a wife, children, house, and career, or the pain, stress, and anxiety of not having those things. This era of life brings high pressure and low self-esteem. We feel like we are never enough, that things will never work out, and others are so much better, all of which is not true. In working with this age range I provide clarity, insight, and guidance to reduce anxiety and move towards a happier, more fulfilled life.
