I’m an Orange-County based therapist working with individuals virtually throughout California. If you’re feeling stuck-like your past is still influencing you or your life isn’t where you thought it would be, you’re not alone. I work with men & women in theirs 20s and 30s, and high-achieving teen boys who feel behind, anxious, or under constant pressure, helping them build clarity, confidence, and meaningful direction.

My work is both structured and depth-oriented. I integrate approaches like CBT and parts work to help you understand your patterns, process deeply held emotions, shift unhelpful thinking, and take concrete steps forward. At the same time, I value real, honest conversations; therapy with me isn’t just about insight, it’s about change. I’ll meet you with empathy, challenge you when needed, and help you stay accountable to the life you want to build.
