As a man, life is challenging enough. Not having outlets to talk about and work through all you have going on often leads to intense feelings of stress, overwhelm, and disconnection. Growing up, we were taught how to push through, not how to work through. Ignoring our problems doesn’t make them go away, nor does working endlessly, consuming substances or engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors.

Unfortunately, as men, those are the only ways we were taught how to deal with the struggles and hardships of life. What we reveal will be healed. But what we resist will persist.

That is why I offer space for men, like you, Who are ready to unload all they are carrying and step into the life they want.
